Delivery Information - All orders are delivered via our courier partner DHL/DPD. - Delivery charges start from £1.49. The delivery charges is calculated based on order amount and location as mentioned in below table:

- Orders placed on Monday to Friday before 12 pm will be dispatched the same day for Next Working Day Delivery. Orders Placed after 12 pm will be dispatched the Next Working Day.
- Orders placed after 12 pm from Friday till Sunday will be dispatched only on Monday for the Next working day Delivery
- We dispatch orders containing Perishable or Frozen products from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm from Thursday till Sunday will be dispatched only on Monday for the Next working day Delivery.
- Additional Packing Charge of £2.99 will be charged for orders containing Frozen Products
- Delivery Scotland, Northern Ireland and UK offshore (Postcodes in Zone 1 and Zone 2 in the above table) requires 2 or more days to deliver.
- Signature is required for delivery. On flats the courier driver may leave the parcels in the downstairs and so the customers needs to be aware when receiving the email notification from the delivery partner (DHL/DPD). If no one is present to receive the parcel it will be redelivered the following working day. If it happens again the parcel will be redirected back to us. Upon receiving the parcel we will initiate the refund for the order excluding the return charge of £14.99 and also the shipping charge collected.
- Orders containing perishable items will be shipped out with Leave in a Safe place or leave it with the neighbour. Customers should be collecting it from there.
- Extra Shipping Charge of of £2.99 per 10kg Rice Bag will be charged if more than 2 Bags of 10kg Rice added.
